What it is
Supervision is a developmental, supportive and ethically grounded space for coaches to reflect on themselves and their work. It focuses on the coaching relationship with clients, the coach, the wider system, and the coach’s own responses, assumptions and boundaries.
Who it’s for
Supervision is for coaches at all stages of their coaching career, whether training, newly qualified or experienced.
It is also valuable for supervisors-in-training or leaders working in complex, high-stakes or emotionally demanding contexts.
Supervision can be individual or group-based, depending on what you need. Some value focused one-to-one reflection; others benefit from the shared insight and learning; and some coaches have both.
How it helps
Supervision helps you work more thoughtfully, ethically and effectively with clients, while supporting your own wellbeing and development. It offers a place to slow down, learn from your work, or to help you sustain a coaching career that is both authentic to you and serves the clients or organisations you work with.
