About me and my approach
I’m an Accredited Executive Coach and Supervisor with over 15 years’ experience, and a background in international business and leadership spanning more than 25 years. My career has taken me through senior roles in stockbroking, accountancy, and retail banking. These experiences that continue to shape the way I work with individuals and organisations today.
I bring a combination of perspectives to my approach, having led teams from the inside and supported organisations from the outside. I’ve also focused on continuous learning and have furthered my studies in Coaching, Career Development, Workplace Mediation, and Supervision. This gives me an understanding of the real pressures people face; not just in theory, but in the day-to-day reality of work.
I work with people, teams, and organisations who want to think clearly, act effectively, and navigate complexity with confidence and integrity. My approach is reflective, practical, and focused on outcomes that matter that are authentic to you and your organisation.
