SUZANNA TAN

Suzanna is an Accredited Executive Coach. Her international business acumen and leadership skills have been honed over 25 years through a variety of senior management roles across stockbroking, accountancy and retail banking. 

During her 20 year career at Barclays she worked at business unit and group level across a matrix environment covering marketing, sales, diversity and inclusion, commercial and product. It was there where she facilitated a culture of learning and development, supporting colleagues facing challenges around leadership, performance and career development.  This inspired her to make a mid-forties career shift into freelancing as an executive and career coach.

Her specialisms are in culture from an organization and country perspective, and in fostering leadership agility supporting leaders develop authentic leadership approaches, skills and mindsets. She works with clients to create positive organizational cultures enabling colleagues and businesses to thrive.

Based in the Midlands (UK), she uses virtual platforms to work with clients from over 55 countries.
